MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Responsible for digital media detailed plan & execution of each campaign aligned with business goals using ads platforms (FB/GG, Tiktok Ads,..).
- Responsible for media materials optimized from campaign's content.
- Responsible for digital media budget optimization, ROI & KPIs Optimization.
- Responsible for digital media trackings and reports (measuring/analyzing audience insight/behaviors).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital media/ecommerce/performance marketing.

KINH NGHIỆM YÊU CẦU
- Proven working experience in digital media marketing (1-3 years), and extensive experience in managing in-house digital performance marketing at technology companies or ecommerce department- Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms such as FB/GG or Tiktok Ads,...
- Creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage consumers the most.
- Excellent numeric sensitivity and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and embrace AI-powered marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
