MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Campaign Strategy:
• Follow campaigns and platform to schedule timeline for livestream sessions, videos, launching campaigns for each week, month, quarter, year.
• Create banners, background live for shop and campaigns.
2. PIC with KAM and Flatform:
• Negotiate and exchange budget, investment with AM TikTok to achieve GMV target.
• Operate products, taking care of shop according to the platform's suggestion.
3. Livestream Plan:
• Create suitable scenarios for each live session.
• Evaluate the quality of streamers and engagement after each live session.
4. Sale plan:
• Responsible for GMV target each month, quarter, year.
• Register and follow about price, stock, promotion.

KINH NGHIỆM YÊU CẦU
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, E- commerce, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies, specifically TikTok Shop.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and campaign management.
• Have knowledge of digital marketing, performance analysis.
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Logistics, etc.)
