MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Strategic Planning• Develop market-leading performance/ branding strategies utilizing the relevant online & offline channels.
• Responsible for overall digital media strategy, planning, implementation, and postcampaign review for your set of brands.
• Develop and implement the performance ads that result in effectiveness and costs of advertising campaigns on digital media channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Tiktok, Local Adnetwork).
• Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/ develop measurement methodology.
Project Management
• Organize and coordinate communication between partner/agency and internal teams (Content, PR, Channel, CRM,..) to ensure an efficient and integrated way of working.
• Report to Leader & work with team member to control workflow and resource allocation, prioritizing where necessary and managing campaign expectations.
• Resolve major ad operations issues with agency or partners.
• Able to guide and supervise the implementation and operational aspects of the business including digital ad serving, digital operations, and traditional media buying operations.
Data Management & Analytics
• Have knowledge of digital tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Super Metrics, CRM;..) to ensure proper tracking of performance projects.
• Building databases, monitoring tables, and analyzing data to give marketing decision base on data-driven.
KINH NGHIỆM YÊU CẦU
• Minimum 3 years of working knowledge and experience in digital media planning and execution.• Demonstrated ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets to create and translate insights into compelling presentations.
• Good command of spoken & written English and Vietnamese is a must.
• Have good communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to learn, thrive in a fast paced environment and have a can-do attitude.
• Team player.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
