MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers or instructors.
- Deliver training to employees using online & offline channels.
- Assist employees to locate their values and build career paths associated with the development of the company, thereby enhancing the attachment level.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs to guarantee effectiveness.
- Involve in executing Competencies through Training.
- Monitor the implementation of training policies.

KINH NGHIỆM YÊU CẦU- Age: 22 – 29, prefer Male
- Bachelor’s or above degree related to Organizational Psychology, Organizational Performance, Training & Development, Human Resource Management.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in training and development, or relevant fields.
- Experience in the execution of all facets of training & development.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks and performance targets.
