- Building up and developing strategic plans of online sales.
- Setting up the online sales process and policy.
- Seeking and maintaining the relationship with partner to develop sales volume.
- Up keeping with market trends and leading the team to adapt to changes quickly to maximize sales potential.
- Leading and managing the Online Sales team in order to meet and exceed the set goals.
- Providing leadership and inspiring team.
- Increasing productivity of the team and to develop its staff to their fullest potential.
KINH NGHIỆM YÊU CẦU
- At least 3 year experiences in online marketing/online sales/ ecommerce (with 1 years in a managerial capacity)
- Good communication and leadership.
- Experience in developing and leading a high performance team to exceed targets
- Strategic thinking and insights-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership skills, high level of integrity, self-motivated and disciplined
- Leads, adapts to and embraces constant change.
- Good command in English.
- Knowledge of or experience in the technology industry is an advantage.
